The stomach is the hub of the autonomic nervous system the same nervous system that activates the heart. An acid stomach can trip up the autonomic nervous system causing an irregular heartbeat (murmurs/Arrhythmias)
If you are dealing with a weak stomach and you have acids to work out of your stomach then pay attention to what you are eating because if your stomach doesn’t like the chemistry you are consuming and you already have an acid stomach this can put pressure on the heart and you don’t want to put pressure on your heart.
Also, heart murmurs or irregular heartbeat can indicate weak adrenal glands because the adrenal glands activate the autonomic nervous system through Neurotransmitters. If you are under a lot of stress and your breathing is off like holding your breath out of nowhere or shortness of breath and anxiety this will also put pressure on the heart as well.
This all ties to the lymph system whether it’s stomach related or adrenal gland related or stagnant lymph in the heart itself and many need to be careful with the chemistry they consume and keeping lymph flow active because they are born with a genetic weakness in the heart.
When the kidneys are filtering and the body is being properly hydrated and alkaline then the adrenals will become stronger, the stomach will drain the acids causing an acid stomach, and the heart will drain and repair itself as well.
Lymph obstruction is the cause of all dis-ease in the human body. What blocks the flow of energy? Stagnation of lymph (metabolic waste) the only way to drain lymph is to dig deeper into the body through the process of detoxification. The only diet that really encourages this process enough to get results is a diet of fruits, berries, and melons for a long duration of time and of course working on those kidneys to drain lymph and kidney herbs and dry fasting might have to be implemented to encourage that because even a fruit diet alone may not be strong enough especially if you haven’t dug deep enough in the human body to really crack open those kidneys and encourage activation to the adrenal glands.
The adrenal glands activate systolic pressure (cardiac punch) this is what encourages blood and lymph flow in the human body and the heart needs Neurotransmitters to pump blood properly because again the heart relays on the autonomic nervous system and Neurotransmitters and this is why it’s so important to keep the adrenal glands healthy and the lymphatic system draining properly.
You don’t want to block the flow of energy of blood, nerve, and lymph and this is why it’s vital to keep the body hydrated and alkaline and to ground in nature and to practice breathwork and to avoid mental stress and toxicity in your environment.

Remember the stomach is where all the food goes and if the chemistry you have consumed from your past that has caused lymph stagnation there in your stomach and the chemistry you are consuming now is on the acid dominate side then you will be very sensitive to acidic foods and this can end up tripping up the autonomic which will trip up the heart and cause breathing impairment and cut off blood flow to the brain.
If your stomach is very sensitive you want to go after your lymph system of course and you may want to conserve energy for lymph to drain properly by eliminating heavy digestion and go on short term juice fast for 4-5 days every other week along with 16-20 hour intermittent dry fast to rest the kidneys so they filter more effectively so the stomach will heal and so the heart will drain as well and keep the adrenals healthy so you can strengthen your autonomic nervous system and always remember to breathe properly and to avoid any kind of mental blockage that causes anxiety.
Fruits and berries are the keys to support vascular health and heart health and also you want to avoid any kind of pesticide and neurotoxin in food or drink because that can cause heart palpations as well because of chemicals of course block flow of blood, nerve and lymph. Veggies can’t do what fruits can do because of the huge difference of electromagnetic energy and it’s energy and hydration that remove the blockage of blood, nerve and lymph and fruits are on top of the mountain for encouraging that process.
Fruits thin the blood and fruits clean lymph and fruits enhance and strengthen the nervous system! Fruits are high in flavonoids which strength the integrity of the vascular system which will strengthen the heart.
Also, the thyroid controls the heart rate so when you strengthen the thyroid you will correct heart rate problems. Berries strengthen the thyroid and all the endocrine glands. Also, the parathyroid glands that sit on the back of the thyroid are important to strengthen because the parathyroid glands help the body utilize calcium which strengthen nerve integrity and connective tissue in the body and the connective tissue of the heart as well.
If you have stomach issues, adrenal gland issues and thyroid/parathyroid issues you will most likely also have heart-related issues as well. It’s all starting to sound interconnected and systemic right? Because it is. If you go after detox and you clean out the lymphatic system you will fix all your weakness over time and you will notice over time your health problems improving and this can only take place in a body that’s in the process of becoming more hydrated and alkaline.
Weak heart valves most of the time is a calcium utilization issue and not having strong connective tissue in the heart which points to a damaged and low functioning parathyroids and this is a huge cause to why the heart contracts and causes mummers.
Clean out the stomach and bowels, strengthen your kidneys, and endocrine glands and maintain consistency of cleaning and strengthening with a fruit diet and fasting and take advantage of the herbal botanicals and give it some time and with hard work and dedication, the body will fix and repair itself.
Remember when you look at the part you must look at the whole because it’s all just acids and sewage waste in tissue amongst spaces of cells and stagnant lymph causing dysfunctions in locations in the body. The same way you fix the stomach, heart, adrenals, endocrine glands, is by focusing on alkaline chemistry and fruits and working lymph out through the kidneys, skin, and bowels and when there are more fluidity and fewer obstructions that block the flow of energy there is less dis-ease!
