The number one thing we must do if our focus is healing and lifestyle regarding the food is to remove cooked food from your diet. Cooked food does not have the enzymes, biophotons, and electromagnetic energy to properly hydrate the body, and also to move the lymphatic system and regenerate the kidneys to eliminate cellular waste buildup. You must eliminate foods that are not conducive to your healing, and promote regeneration of your body. Foods that are acid and mucus forming that impair the human organism and clog up the lymphatic system are going to be your meats of all kinds, dairy, eggs, grains, beans, starches, nuts and seeds, and your processed foods cooked and raw. As limited as this may sound to most humans because of the domestication of what foods are designed to eat, may sound like an extreme diet. But truly just like every other animal and nature, humans are designed for raw food, and it’s the fruits that are most compatible with our species design. Fruits and vegetables are your alkaline foods, they properly hydrate your cells, and they don’t leave behind obstructions the block the flow of energy and create a state of dis-ease in the body.
I get asked all the time what are the best fruits and vegetables for healing, and my answer always remains the same and, thats to not focus on the food primarily when it comes to healing and regeneration, but rather focus on just eating foods your designed to eat, and eliminate the obstructive foods that have no place in a healthy diet and lifestyle. The body effectively heals itself when we were moving obstructions that suppress it. Instead of focusing on nutrition and minerals and what fruits and vegetables are higher in them, focus more on cleaning with the fruits and vegetables and finding ways to effectively detox with them. Your sub/acid, and acid fruits are going to be the most cleansing foods for detoxification. The reason why is because there are astringent and they also contain lots of living structured water that help to flush, and remove the debris that are backed up in the body suppressing its ability to clean out effectively. The sub/acid and acid fruits will scrub and clean while they come out of you.
This is why I promote an all-fruit diet along with herbs that are also electromagnetic and astringent to pull on the lymphatic system, to open up the kidneys which is the main channel of elimination. Veggies are more for balance instead of detoxification because they do not have the electromagnetic power and astringency to pull and move the lymphatic system. You want to avoid all the cruciferous vegetables because they’re high in sulfur, and also very hard to break down and digest. The less energy and strain you put on the body for digestion, the more it could focus on healing and repairing. If your going to eat vegetables for balance, then I would suggest green juices, or your tender leafy salad lettuces, and even more so put your focus on the botanicals fruits which are your cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchini, bill peppers, and avocados. I truly believe that the mango if you could find them ripe is an amazing fruit for detoxification because they digest so rapidly, and they’re also astringent. The better the digestion the more the body could focus on healing and repairing.
Whatever fruit you have in season that’s in the sub/acid and acid category I would put my focus on them for your staple. If you don’t have access to a quality organic fruits, then I would avoid the acid fruits or citrus fruits because this may be too much for an inflamed body to handle. Even though detoxification may expose pain in the body, you don’t want to over stress your body, because when you over stress the body your taking away its ability to rest and repair. Put your focus on the astringent fruits that are water rich, and more of your dense sweet fruits for balance, and to help you to overcome cravings.
Your salad and your veggie fruits are not going to be astringent like your sub/acid and acid fruits, and you could easily Google what the sub/acid and acid fruits are, and even get a picture on Google images to show you. When it comes to the acid and citrus fruits, you also want to make sure that their properly grown, and ripe because they already have a natural acidity, but when their not properly ripe, this can make the fruit acidic in a bad way, and only cause disruption in the body, as well as damage your teeth while your trying to heal.
Avoid conventional GMO fruits that are high in pesticide residues because the neurotoxins will suppress your nervous system and this is the last thing you want when your trying to repair it through detoxification. If you don’t have access to organic then at least you could focus on fruits that contain a thick skin and shell, because at least the fruit inside will be protected from the pesticide residues as long as you wash the peel or shell. And you definitely don’t want to be juice your greens that are high in pesticide residues because that’s like a blood transfusion of chemicals right into your system.
If you have really stubborn kidneys, and need to move your lymphatic system aggressively, then I would avoid vegetables all together, because they don’t have astringent value, their lower in angstrom energy, their harder to digest, and without proper kidney filtration you can’t remove the underlying cause of your condition which is stagnant acids in interstitial places.
After your done cleaning out your body effectively with an all fruit and herb based diet in the sub/acid and acid fruit category, and even the sweet fruits for some balance, then I would highly recommend sticking to a simple diet of fruits, berries, melons, veggie fruits, and your tender lettuces if you desire them. I believe this is the perfect diet for the homosapien, and if we get back to our species specific diet instead of complicating what foods have the most nutrition and minerals etc, then it will become very simple in that regard. No animal in nature focuses on specific foods to meet their nutritional requirements, they just eat foods they are designed to eat, and that perfect ratio and balance will meet all their needs, and the same thing goes for humans, if we just break the conditioning programming. Play with the foods, and your body will tell you what’s best based on the results you achieve. Keep it a 100% raw, and learn to find your personal balance, but at the end of the day in my opinion humans will always do their best on an all fruit diet, or a mostly fruit based diet. Fruits are the best when it comes to regenerative detoxification, and a healthy lifestyle for the human species. The problem is though, you must go through lengthy detoxification in order to truly benefit from these foods, because the body must break down in order to fully repair and rebuild.
In my experience of eating a fruit-based diet for detoxification, and lifestyle is that mono fruit meals are the best for the most energy, digestion, and acceleration of the body healing more rapidly. And for those of you that don’t know what a mono fruit meal is, it’s a bowl of a specific number of an amount of one fruit at a time, or a smoothie or fruit juice. You also don’t want to eat too much fats in the form of coconuts, avocados, olives and definitely not nuts and seeds because they’re acidic, high in protein and most of the time rancid, and you must soak and sprout them in order to even digest them effectively. Just because the avocado is a fruit doesn’t mean that you should eat an abundance of them, for one it’s too much lipids for the blood, and two it will not aid in aggressive detoxification and accelerate the movement of the lymphatic system. It’s best to just have one avocado a day if your trying to move your lymphatic system or avoid them for a season all together.
When your primarily focusing on detox and not just everyday living. Your body is also going to do the best on a high-carbohydrate diet, even a ketogenic raw diet is not going to be most beneficial to your species. Are physiology and anatomy for example is about 97% identical to an orangutan, and their not on ketogenic diets, but on high carbohydrate diets for good reason because their frugivore primates, as well as the frugivore homo sapiens are carbon-based species designed to get their fuel from carbon, not lipids, and we are not herbivores either so shouldn’t based diet around vegetables. If you have this indoctrinated fear when it comes to nutrition and minerals, then utilize the raw herbal teas or, there are herbs that are very high in nutrition and minerals, and they also have consciousness and electromagnetic energy and the strength and power to move the lymphatic system. You don’t need heavy green powder supplements to get the nutrition if that’s your focus. For one the berries are the highest in nutrition anyways, but if your worried about minerals then if it was me, I would put my focus on herbs like alfalfa, nettle, horsetail, and oat straw, these are very high mineral and nutritious herbs and will meet all your “needs” nutritionally.
Instead of putting all your focus and energy on food, I highly suggest you return to nature, get back to the diet your biologically design for as a focus, tap into your intuitive consciousness, let your instincts guide you, and I promise you my friends you will thrive.
