What I think babies should eat when they are ready for solid food

If a mother is successfully able to produce milk for there baby and there milk is not acidic compromising the lymphatic system of the baby I believe you should breastfeed until at least 2-3 years old.

Primates in nature breastfeed their babies until about 2-5 years old it seems and a female bonobo monkeys anatomy and physiology are 99% identical to a female Homo sapien. Nature is a good guide not what we have learned in a programmed society.

I don’t think you have to be a perfectionist about the time but if you can breastfeed long term and your milk is not full of acids because you are dealing with health problems that would create congestion in your child if it was me I would breastfeed long term for optimal development for a healthy child.

Some mothers have such acidic milk because they are dealing with chronic lymphatic congestion that the milk they produce may not be healthy for the baby and could cause potential health problems for the baby and a natural chemical-free milk alternative may be an option and then having to ween them off young and brining in the fruit would help avoid the baby from getting lymphatically congested and some woman have no choice because there pituitary gland and adrenal glands are in the dumps and they can’t even produce breast milk for there baby.

So whatever you do decide to do for your baby regarding the breastfeeding phase that’s on you. What I would personally do after the baby is weaned off breast milk and it’s time to bring in solid food would be blended ripe fruit and nothing else. Humans are fruit eaters by design and this is the same for little humans as well lol.

Some mothers may be concerned about feeding a weened baby just fruit and nothing else because they need “fats” or they need protein, greens, etc!? Well, you could give them avocados and blended coconuts to get their fats, haha but the reality is when humans ween of the breast milk they don’t require high lipids in the diet anyway. Do are closest relatives the primates do that!? And I’m talking about the ones that don’t have access to food in there natural environments because most primates in today’s world that are fighting for survival as well because humans have pushed them up into environments they’re not originally designed to dwell (in the mountains) they’re finding themselves eating more vegetables and even meat. However when we look at history and we see our closest relatives and what they eat and where they do well it’s in the tropics and it’s a diet that is mainly all fruit and they don’t eat high fat and high protein-based foods and neither do their babies and toddlers after their weened. The children eat the same diet that the parents eat which is a high carbohydrate diet low in fat and low in protein and that’s the Homo sapiens natural diet is as well a tropical fruit-based diet low in fat and not high in proteins.

If you look at the percentage of protein in mothers’ milk you will see that it’s very low like 3-5% so why are you feeding your baby high protein foods and high protein acidic processed foods? If the protein was so important then it would be high in your milk your feeding your baby to grow!

Baby’s raised on fruit are smart, healthy and more developed than the babies that are raised on junk. It’s just a fact. The goal is to fix your body first through detoxification then have babies and then raise them on there a natural diet that is 100% raw and fruit-based. Cooked foods don’t strengthen humans and that goes for babies as well. If you want to strengthen the family tree regarding genetics then, in my opinion, you should raise your kids on fruit.

A baby’s digestive tract is designed for fruit anyways not designed for vegetables, meat, dairy, and grains. Vegetables will not hurt babies and humans and are a good secondary option when the fruit is not abundant and this is why the primates are eating greens in today’s world because the fruit is not abundant. Raw veggies like your cruciferous I would avoid if it was me because these veggies are hard to digest. The tender leafy greens blended would be a better option for a baby and toddler in my opinion but raising them on a diet of fruit would be most ideal the way I see it.

Now if you don’t choose to raise your weened baby’s on fruit and a diet that’s 100% raw cool! Do your thing but I would highly suggest you don’t ween them of your milk to quickly and succumb to toxic baby formulas full of chemicals, proteins, oils, and isolated vitamins. If it was me I would make a baby’s formula from natural whole food sources and I would not highly make an effort to feed them 100% organic and none GMO food sources.

The way I see it humans have a diet nature designed for them just like every creature on this earth and if humans are frugivores then so are baby humans so it would make sense to raise them on fruit not cooked foods, processed foods, GMO’s and dead animals.

Get back to nature my friends, get back to the diet your biologically designed to eat, tap into your intuitive consciousness, let your instincts guide you, surrender to the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!

The End

Get back to nature my friends, get back to a diet that your biological design to eat, tap into your intuitive Consciousness, let your instincts guide you, live in the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
