The first thing we have to understand is that detox doesn’t care about your weakness. You created the weakness by damaging your body with chemistry corrosive to its design and now that you are detoxing you are going to expose the damage. The body wants to heal, and regenerate itself but some times you have to take a hit during the process to get well like losing a tooth.
Your head is right below your mouth right and when your draining the lymph system in your head with a diet that encourages that you are not always going to filter out these acids quick enough due to poor functioning kidneys that are stubborn to filter effectively so acids will come out of your head, jaw, and mouth through the skin and could damage your teeth in the process. Your head is upstairs and your kidneys are downstairs so you have to be crafty to drain the head when your kidneys are still cracking open and if you want to detox at a high level you better use up all your resources to avoid blowback.
You want to sweet, you want to clean the bowels well so the head will drain effectively and you want to keep up on teeth hygiene with keeping the mouth alkaline while your head drains.
A lot of the time gingivitis and teeth irritation is caused by bacteria build-up and not keeping the mouth properly alkaline and rinsed. Bacteria builds up in the mouth when the head drains acids because bacteria is trying to break down the acids and get rid of the waste matter. Bacteria is trying to help you. You can only blame the fruit when the fruit is not properly ripe and is sour and overly acidic eating picked unripe store-bought fruit. It’s the acids, not the sugar. Fruit sugar is alkaline and fruit sweet and alkaline keep the mouth alkaline and clean.
It’s the lymph system draining and the fruit being astringent in nature pull on the lymph system. If you are going to detox with fruits, herbs and fasting your head will drain and when bacteria build-up and acids struggle to come out then you will end up with gum and teeth irritation and Plaque buildup and cavities become a result of that.
If you are going to detox at a high-level, and you have a lot of backed up lymph in your head then I would encourage you to get your teeth cleaned from the dentist to remove the bacteria and plaque buildup so that you don’t suffer from teeth and gum irritation, a lot of the times you can avoid the irritation by simply doing this every couple of months while you detox. Just don’t succumb to the unawareness of taking the fluoride after the teeth are cleaned.
Hit the sauna, and clean out the bowels, and dry fast to get the kidneys filtering, and once the body reaches an alkaline state and the head drains backed up lymphatic waste then you should no longer have teeth irritation because again alkaline fruit doesn’t destroy teeth, it’s detoxification that can done incorrectly and toxic foods sprayed with chemicals. Acid ash foods and complex sugars are way more of an issue than fresh ripe organic fruit when we were talking simple sugars.
If it was me too I would avoid store-bought acid fruits because if they are picked unripe there going to be more acidic in nature and when the head drains acids then it’s only going to exacerbate the issue so that’s why it’s important to find astringent fruit but also quality fruit that is going to be sweet and not overly sour. Most fruits in nature should be sweet And some with a subtle sourness. but because of today’s world, they end up tasting overly sour and this is an indicator that the fruit has been picked unripe and it’s not ripening nutritively because it’s the sugars that distinguish the nutrient quality as well as the satiation.
What helped me the most was getting my teeth cleaned realizing that I had a lot of bacteria and plaque buildup in my mouth and once I removed that, I no longer had an issue eating fruit exposing the trapped acids that we’re not coming out of my mouth and of course unripe fruit will just exacerbate that even more.
Getting my teeth cleaned every couple of months really helped me, it could be as easy as doing that if you are dealing with teeth irritation and always remember to brush your teeth we do not live in a perfect world where you could avoid keeping your mouth from getting dirty, I brush my teeth and I try to floss, and I make sure to get my teeth cleaned every three months and especially I should’ve taken advantage of this during early detox when I was healing because I probably would’ve avoided a lot of teeth irritation.
