Why all cooked food is acidic


Cooking is an art form they say! And I myself used to enjoy the art, however it’s not something to get giggly about, and condone this way of eating, when your body becomes taxed with acid chemistry, and tissue becomes damaged by the excess inflammation in the body.

Cooking food is not an art when we look to nature, because in nature apart from some kind of natural disaster that would make it difficult to get fruits and veg raw in its natural state, you would be eating your foods raw, and every animal that eats on this plane is a natural born raw foodist. Humans are not an exception, we only think we are because of intellectualism, and the desire to “evolve” things to be convenient for a Babylon/matrix type of life we have created.

Fruit is a gift food for mankind, it contains a seed that grows an abundance of food to provide all are essential health needs, and fruit cleans, enhances, and doesn’t create inflammation in the body, it removes it! If we just get back to what we would do in nature before agriculture in the tropics where humans originated from, then we would not experience the chronic inflammation in the body we face in high levels like we do, and the suffering is so unnecessary, and can easily be fixed though a raw food diet, and one that promotes regenerative detoxification, such as a tropical diet of fruits, berries, melons, and herbal botanicals.

So why is cooked food acidic? I mean steaming veggies is acidic? Yes it is acidic because combustion is acidic, and when you suck the water out of the food with heat, and change the chemical structure of the food, it becomes damaged, and loses its alkaline chemistry, which also makes it more acidic in its nature. This is why during detox on a fruit based raw food diet, you would steam up veggies to slow down a detox, because it loses its energetic power, and in return puts a wrench in the healing process.

You will experience this realty for yourself, when you adopt a raw food diet long enough low in protein, the inflammation that takes place when you cook your food. Your problem areas will become inflamed, and if your very acidic in these areas, you will also experience swelling, and even edema because of this. Why would swelling and edema take place when you start eating cooked food after a period of 100% raw for a while? because your body is cleaner with less mucus and acids, so the body recognizes foreign obstructions mush easier, and wants to protect itself, and water is the universal solvent that comes in to protect the body from acids when it becomes inflamed!

Your body will experience more inflammation when eating cooked on a raw food diet primarily, this is the body telling you what it wants, and what it doesn’t want, and it doesn’t want cooked food, the body wants raw food that is low in protein, and high in water, alkalinity, and bioavailable nutrients, and energetic bio photons. Fruits, veggie like fruits, and tender leafy greens is the best diet for humans, and if you can in the right climate even a diet of only fruits, berries, and melons would be the most ideal diet designed for us.

I’m not the raw food police at all, but I would do humanity a disservice if I told them that there is nothing wrong with cooking food, this is the very reason why the human species is in trouble, and has backed up the lymphatic system, created an environment in the body for unwanted microbes, fungus, and mucus, and acidosis, and the way to get out of this mess is a diet of raw foods that clean, and enhance, and regenerate the damaged tissue caused by acid chemistry, which are the proteins and cooked foods.

I do believe in transition and personal mental balance, and to not become to rigid with this diet and lifestyle, because the truth is most of us can’t handle the energetic power of raw foods, and need to work up to it, in a transitional phase, and eating some cooked food during this time may need to happen, because humans in today’s world have not maintained a natural diet, barely have even eaten raw foods in their life, and need to learn how to adopt this natural lifestyle of eating raw 100% all of the time, or most of the time for the remainder of their life.

You will learn to grow on this lifestyle with opening up higher consciousness with the living foods, and you will learn very quickly that cooking is not alkaline, and is acidic, because your body will create an inflammation response, and at that time it won’t matter what the “health expert” says ? because your body will give you the objective answer, and this is what you need, not the bs out there condoning bad habits, that don’t benefit your human organism.

I myself do eat some cooked food, and right now it’s like once a week, but just because I choose to eat a low vibrational food for fun, or to bring down my energy, and balance me out at the end of the week, I’m not going to say I do this for health, because I don’t!! I feel healthy on raw foods based around fruit, and this is what my body desires! I feel almost zero inflammation in my body when eating raw foods, except for areas that are still healing, and the raw foods are allowing those damage tissues to heal, because acids are coming out of interstitial spaces, and trying to make their way to the kidneys for elimination, but when I eat cooked food I can literally feel lymph pressure in my legs, and knees almost immediately, and swelling occurs in this area, nothing dangerous, but I feel it right away.

Listen to your body, and when your body becomes more alkaline and clean, you will find your answer very quickly, and even with steamed and cooked veggies.

Cooked food is acidic no matter what that food is, so know the facts, and understand that cooking is not an art of beauty, it’s the raw foods that vibrate, hydrate and were the beauty is, and the raw food dishes are truly were the art is, and your body will thank you when you eat the foods nature intended for you to eat, raw and natural, not cooked, damaged, depleted of living structured water, minerals, and nutrition.

Find your own personal balance, and if you eat some cooked food, who cares, don’t beat yourself up, but just know the facts, and the facts are cooking food is acidic, and eating raw plant foods raw are not!
