Fruits are the most effective for the brain and nervous system. Fruit contains the most energy out of any food and the nervous system runs on energy. Acids damage nerves and the endocrine glands that control the nervous system the adrenals glands and pituitary gland. You have the autonomic nervous system which is activated by the adrenal glands and the GI tract and you have the central nervous system in the brain in which the pituitary gland controls.

Let’s say you have brain lesions and are dealing with MS you must understand that your dealing with systemic acidosis from head to toe and your GI tract is damaged and mainly the transverse colon. Your adrenals are down and most likely have neurotoxins and heavy metal saturation in your body.

Whether you have MS, Lou Gehrig’s or a quadriplegic if you want to heal your condition you must remove the chronic acidosis out of the body and you will be desperate for energy for your nerve and muscular system and Neurotransmitters produced from the adrenal glands. Fruit is going to provide your body the energy it needs to function and fruit is going to move your lymphatic system and encourage kidney filtration so you can remove the waste that is damaging your brain and nervous system or any muscle and nerve damage you may have from injury.

Vegetables or any cooked foods will not encourage regeneration you need at this level and these foods will drastically slow down your mobility and not encouraging moving to your lymphatic system. You must understand that if your already not mobile so eat lymph moving foods because you’re not moving your lymph with movement. You don’t want to eat foods that rob the body of energy due to hard digestion which will take away energy and also your in desperate need to move lymph without movement and the juicy fruits are very effective at encouraging this internally which means you want to stick with an all fruit diet if you want to remove your waste and also give your body the most energy possible to fuel and active the CNS and ANS.

If you are dealing with nerve and muscle dysfunction then try it for yourself and you will quickly learn what’s most effective. Go on an all fruit diet for 3 weeks and then add in salads or streamed veggies and you will experience the decline in energy and mobility to understand why fruit is so important dealing with your condition. You’re not going to get out of a wheel chair on cooked foods, or even vegetables raw, but you can on a diet of fruit, berries and melons.

If you want to do the green stuff and not deal with energy and mobility decline then get herbs because herbs are electromagnetic, tissue specific with healing, astringent and help the eliminative organs effectively move lymph out of the body.
