Why do protein dense foods aggravate pain?


The reason proteins aggravate pain, is simply because proteins from acidic foods create stagnation of acids in the body. Proteins found in beans, grains, nuts, seeds, and dead animal tissue create acid ash in the body. This means they damage tissue. Proteins cause the body to work hard on buffering the acids, which means the body will pull calcium out of connective tissue, bones and joints to fight the acids that flood the body.

If you are dealing with degeneration in your disk, in your spine, dealing with arthritis, and you eat proteins from the foods I just mentioned, you will literally feel your body stealing calcium from these areas, and you will feel a flair these damaged areas. Anybody that has dealt with arthritis and abstained from acid ash forming foods and returns to eating them, know very clearly what I’m talking about.

Proteins are stimulants, and that’s why you feel “strong” when you eat them, however, they are damaging the body at the same time. When you put a beating on your kidneys, your lymphatic system backs up, and when you loose filtration, degeneration and systemic acidosis is around the corner.

The kidneys hate proteins, and this is why people lose filtration when they eat them. When you eat foods that create an alkaline ash, the kidneys are being cleaned daily and able to filter the lymph system in the body, and this is vital to maintain. You don’t want your septic tank overflowing in your house right!? Well, you also don’t want your sewer system overflowing in your body, because you will have to eat your suffering, and you don’t have to, because you can create alkalinity and hydration and create fluidity and electric energetic currents flowing to activate cellular strength and activity, and the movement of the lymphatic system.

When you eat fruit and you intermittent dry fast, your moving and removing lymph, and this is what you want to do, to create constant flow of draining lymph, so you can regenerate damaged tissue that is caused by these protein foods, that are so called healthy and good for you.

Really grains, beans, nuts, seeds, and dead animal tissue is good for you!? If your in pain and are dealing with arthritis, and a weak parathyroid gland, and don’t utilize calcium properly, go ahead and eat these foods after a month of eating fruits, berries and melons and veggies, and you will know right of the bat, that these foods are creating acid residues, because that’s what caused pain in the body when it comes to chemistry, acids, because base chemistry in its proper balance is not going to strip and damage the body, because acids are what strip and damage, not alkalize.

Proteins in the foods I mentioned are acids, and that’s why they aggravate and create pain in the body, and that alone should help you understand they are not healthy. We are carbon based species designed for raw living simple sugars found in fruits and veggies, and fruits and veggies are amino acid based, not nitrogen protein based. The body doesn’t want to deal with proteins anyways, the body only uses the amino acids to build and strengthen structure function to muscles and tissue.

If mothers milk is as low as 1% protein to help grow a human baby, and fruits the foods are designed for humans are about the same percentage, I think that answers your question regarding the “need” of protein when it comes to the homo sapien

It’s time to brake the brain washing and understand that high protein foods contribute to acidosis, they cause the body to steal calcium to get rid of the acids that damage tissue in the body, and these high protein diets lead to colon damage, kidney damage and arthritic damage throughout the body.

High protein diets lead to pain and suffering. Energetic carbon based raw plant based diet low in proteins lead to regeneration and optimal health. Fruits are the brain and nerve regenerating foods and they help the body to detoxify to get rid of unwanted protein acids that damage the eliminative organs and lead to systemic acidosis, and interstitial lymphatic constipation throughout the body.
