Why saunas help with inflammation


Saunas help the skin sweat which is vital for removing toxins and acids out of the body. When your out in the sun, the sun should stimulate the thyroid to help the skin sweat, however, because a lot of people are systemically involved regarding congestion in the lymphatic system the thyroid has become asleep due to the congestion that impairs its function and in return humans struggle to sweat even in the sun.

Saunas are a great detoxification tool because they help your largest eliminative organ your skin remove inflammation out of the body. The reason why saunas are known to reduce inflammation is simply that they are pulling out the acids in the lymphatic system in the body that causes the inflammation. Really the body has 3 kidneys and the skin being the 3rd and the largest one to extract waste out of the body and this is why it’s so important to sweat.

Humans are tropical species by design which means that humans are designed to sweat outside in the tropics and this is not hard to do in the hot tropical sun. However, humans decided to migrate out for the tropics to northern climates in cold areas which are out of balance for our natural design and fail to sweat properly because of it. If you’re in a cold climate then get a sauna installed in your house or at least buy a cheap steamed portable sauna so you can evoke sweating. Maintain an alkaline diet and focus on the fruits so you can filter lymphatic waste via the kidneys that purge waste out from the bladder and urinary channel.

Make sure you hydrate before the sauna and after you get out of the sauna and I would only use a dry or steamed sauna and make sure the water that’s used for the steamed is distilled and a clean source of water so you don’t absorb any impurities from the water back into your lymphatic system. Your skin will absorb waste and this is also why it’s important to take care of your skin as well. If you want healthy skin I would recommend not putting anything on your skin, and just clean the body from within with fruit and raw living foods. When the body became clean internally the skin will glow naturally externally.

The reason I don’t support Infrared Saunas at this time is because of the potential radiation that can damage the skin. The skin should be exposed to natural full spectrum lighting from the sun. If the Infrared Saunas give off any kind of artificial light and radiation this could potentially be harmful to the skin defeating the purpose of why you want to use the sauna in the first place and that’s to remove toxins and acids out of the skin so you can regenerate the cells in the subcutaneous layers of the skin. If the Infrared Sauna does not give off any radiation or produce artificial light like blue lighting then it may not be a problem. I like the dry sauna and the steamed sauna to avoid any of these potential complications.

The study’s show that saunas can reduce inflammation but fail to address how and what causes inflammation. If you just use a sauna to decrease inflammation but don’t understand what causes it then your only treating the effect temporarily instead of getting to the root of the cause.

Inflammation is caused by chemistry on the acid side, and there are only 2 sides of chemistry acid and base. Base chemistry doesn’t cause inflammation, it’s acids chemistry that does. If your diet is acidic, your relationships are acidic, your jobs are acidic, and your household then you’re going to constantly be fighting acids and be dealing with inflammation.

Adopt an alkaline diet and get your kidneys filtering and your skin sweating and you will remove the inflammation and improve this quality in your life because when you remove acids and you focus on alkaline chemistry and you adopt your species-specific diet which is a fruit diet, then you can use these tools like the sauna but also maintain a pain free body because you addressed the root cause of why inflammation exists in the body and that’s due to acid stagnation and not being able to remove the acids out because the diet and lifestyle are on the acid dominate side regarding chemistry that’s eaten, breathed, drunk, and what’s put on the skin.
