It’s a constant theme I so often see in the health and wellness community and that’s the concept that when you are in a chronic state of health decline to heal on “healing foods”
I will say these herbs do have healing properties because the herbs are medicine and the herbs enhance and turn help the body turn on functions and they help aid the body in cleansing the lymphatic system. Eating in a state of health decline should never be the focus in my opinion. We eat the fruit because the body is in a state of dehydration but even hydrating with the fruit is not going to fix the problem with dehydration because dehydration is a cellular problem. Cells being damaged by acids. It’s the acids the cause systemic dehydration and you can’t hydrate the body with even fruit until you get the acids out through kidney filtration and dry fasting may be what you need to do to even get filtration if the fruit is not working.
The body heals when the lymphatic system drains. The fruit is a tool but you don’t eat to wellness you do whatever it takes to remove the acids and metabolic waste that create dysfunction to tissue and dehydration in the body.
Yes you are eating and fruit and herbs do have nutrition but understand something if you are on a protocol of constant feeding because you think that as long as you are getting these “superfoods” in your body your going to heal you might find yourself running into frustration if your kidneys are not filtering, your skin is not sweating and your bowels are not removing the plaque build-up. Nutrition won’t mean a thing until you first fix digestion, absorption, and utilization and eating for heath may not get you there and fasting and eating a simple fruit diet LONG TERM is what it’s going to take and you even have to make sure you getting kidney filtration as well and dry fasting and kidney herbs must also be considered if the kidneys don’t crack open.
If your kidneys don’t crack upon you can’t drain lymph properly and if lymph is not drained tissue that’s damaged by acids will not regenerate. Kidney filtration should be your focus and sweating and if it’s not because you want to eat superfoods all day thinking you’re going to heal you might find yourself wasting a whole lot of time and then coming to understand that what I’m saying about the elimination focus holding the most merit.
You build up latter when you clean your sewer system but you must understand that fasting is the key to regeneration and a simple fruit diet just aids in conserving more energy to aid in a longer fasting window. The human body simply only needs fruits and vegetables in there raw and unaltered state but for helping I would focus on fruit only, herbs and fasting and with time, effort and consistency you can clean lymph and hydrate enough for the body to regenerate itself and cooked foods don’t provide the body with electrolytes to aid in that because cooked foods dehydrate the body and that’s why they can never be called “superfoods” or “healing foods” healing is an elimination focus and conserving energy not eating nutrition while you still are dealing with interstitial lymphatic constipation.
