You have heard it here and from Hippocrates -let your food be your medicine and your medicine your food right? There is some truth to this but it goes deeper than that.
It’s true what you don’t eat is vital when you are trying to detox and expectorate waste out of the body but it’s not about the eating that promotes the healing it’s about conserving energy in the body with processing chemistry so that the lymph system can drain and the body can break apart blockages that impair the elimination process and kidney filtration being the most important and clearing out plaque build up in the bowels.
The special properties in fruit are that fruit is astringent so fruit cleans the body well and it’s food designed for the Homo sapiens but even fruit takes energy to process but the least when we are talking about juicy fruit.
We have to eat because we have a microbiome that wants to be feed and the body is suffocation on mucus and stagnant acids that dehydrate it, however the cleaner the body gets and the more hydrated and alkaline it gets the least about of food it needs and the better it eliminates metabolic waste that comes into it.
Stop focusing on eating and instead focus on cleaning the body needs remodeling first and when you are always eating and trying to pump nutrition in the body you are encouraging the body to build but you don’t want to build on old tore up foundation.
You can live on one fruit for several months and clean several months before your body calls to rebuild. The more waste you get out the easier it gets and if you want to get out the acids that are causing the pain you want to fast more and eat less for a season. Your guide is sweat, kidneys filtration and flush the bowels and eating less, fasting more and using the herbal botanicals to enhance and bring electricity into the body is going to encourage that.
Don’t force yourself to eat less and fast more transition with that focus and it will be done naturally. If you are struggling to heal and you are still eating cooked and heavy salads then it’s because you are not providing the body enough energy to detox because the body is to burden on processing digestive matter and trying to eliminate it rather than ridding the body of old stagnant waste debris that is what caused your health to decline.
Fruit, herbs, and fasting have been my motto for good reason because you are providing the body more energy for detox and you are not creating more mucus and acid stagnation in the body in the process by eating heavy cooked foods. It’s about hydration and alkalization but it’s also on resting and expectorating and eating less, and fasting more accelerates the process and if you take time on just a fruit diet and you clear or the bugs that give you massive cravings and you remove the acids and mucus that dehydrate the body you will naturally be able to dig deeper and live on less and experience more results and more energy but you need to get your mind right, trust the hero’s journey and be consistent and committed If you want to heal and regenerate the damages.
