There are “health experts” that are saying that you need supplements even on a vegan diet or raw vegan diet!? They are talking about the many benefits of eating fully plant based, however taking about getting nutritional deficiencies and needing to supplement? Why would an optimal diet full of nutrition need supplementation!? The idea for one is to get on a diet superior in nutrition that would not require supplements.
For one we must understand that supplements is not the answer, because isolated chemistry is out of balance with nature, which means it will be out of balance with your body. The body is designed to process food wholisticly for a reason, so whenever you isolate something your changing what nature intended. You don’t want to overstimulate the endocrine glands, and create hyper activity to brain receptor function. Their is a reason why Hippocrates said let your food be your medicine, and your medicine your food.
Raw food fresh, organic and ripe is all you need to create health. The supplement industry is a money making scam, because isolates only mask symptoms. They don’t regenerate and cure anything.
If your dealing with a deficiency it’s only because you have impaired your body in a way that has caused dysfunction with absorption and utilization. When you damage your body with acid chemistry and the body becomes saturated by mucus and parasites, then you will run into problems getting the benefits from the nutrition in the foods. This is why it’s vital to clean your lymphatic system, and to fix your endocrine glands so you can utilize the nutrition coming in.
Your adrenal glands deal with your mineral utilization so you need to mix them to get benefits from the minerals in the foods, and the parathyroid gland deals with calcium utilization, so you need to fix your parathyroid if your body is showing low signs of calcium in your bones and connective tissue. But if you have deficiency It’s because your endocrine glands are down, and you’re not utilizing anything. This is a problem with utilization not “deficiency” a Whole Foods and Raw vegan diet does not create deficiency, and if we don’t educate the world properly, they will only think that a vegan Whole Foods diet is not healthy if you need supplements in order to thrive on the diet. Any rational human being will think why would I want to adopt a diet that needs supplementation!?
You need to understand that it’s not the food as long as your eating fresh, organic none chemical sprayed fruits and vegetables. It’s the damages you caused to your body due to a diet of acid binding foods. If you eat acid ash foods then you will damage your kidneys and bowels and back up your sewer system (lymph system) and when you do this, the glands shut down, you don’t eliminate properly, and you run into absorption and utilization problems, but please understand it’s not healthy foods like plant based nutrition and raw vegan diet. Clean out your body and get rid of the systemic acidosis, and when you alkalize and hydrate with living foods based around the astringents (the fruits), you can fix your body and need very little food to thrive on the diet.
Don’t waste your money on supplements and buy into the bs regarding the soil and the nutrient depleted food etc. understand that there are people that play outside out of the Babylon system, and eat these “low grade nutrient depleted foods” once a week and are thriving! Proving this whole nutritional concept is a fad, and holds no water!
If you want to bring better structure function to blood, lymph, nerve, and glandular function, then go the herbal botanical route, not the isolated supplement route. Herbs are nature’s foods to heal and clean the body at the same time. Supplements don’t clean the body, and they can actually damage the body if you abuse them. Supplements are acidic which means they create more acids that damage the body, and in return you impair the body’s ability to absorb and utilize the nutrition in the foods when you consume them.
The truth is humans have so badly damaged their body’s they can only go so far until nature fixes them from eliminating the offensive foods that cause systemic damages. You don’t have to be obsessive with detoxification. Change your diet, take herbs for medicinal purposes if you feel like you need more nutrition, because the none hybrid organic wild herbs have tons of nutrition, they are holistic and considered foods, not isolated compounds that the body doesn’t recognize and use properly.
Get your kidneys filtering and drain the swamp, and you can fix the root cause of the problem which is lymph stagnation blocking the flow of energy creating dis-ease!
If your struggling on a raw vegan diet or a Whole Foods plant diet it’s because your lymph system is backed up, and the only way to fix that is to go on an elimination diet so the body can clean and detoxify effectively. A fruit based diet with herbal botanicals will get you there, and also help your kidneys to filter. You don’t need to be aggressive with detox forever, and only eat fruit. It only has to be for a season, and you can balance out with salads, nuts and seeds and a variety of raw foods, after you have fixed digestion, absorption and utilization. It can take a couple years, but it’s worth the effort when you know you got to the root cause of the problem, rather then wasting thousand of dollars on useless supplements that only kinda work when your taking them, but loose their effectiveness when you stop! That alone proves they are just band aids, and not restoratives.
Real plant foods consumed mainly raw in their natural state heal the body, and you don’t need supplements on an optimal diet or it’s not optimal diet, and you might as well continue on your crap diet, but it’s not true, so anyone that tells you that your problem is your “vegan diet” it’s a bunch of crap! It’s your body backed up from years of abuse, and not eliminating the acids and mucus that you accumulated from eating acid ash foods.
Once you get your kidneys filtering, and you clean out your colon that’s clogged up with mucus plaques that impair absorption, and you fix your glands that help your body to utilize the nutrition in the plant foods, then you will not run into these problems with “deficiency”
Let your foods be your medicines and your medicine your foods, and isolated pills are not foods, they are irritates and acids to the human body.
