If you want to effectively clean, strengthen, enhance, and remove metabolic waste that’s stagnant amongst over a hundred trillion cells and lymphatic fluids in interstitial spaces of the body, you must know what foods to remove in order to detox at a moderate, intermediate, and advanced levels. The first thing that’s important is to remove all animal products and processed foods, these are very toxic foods, highly concentrated, putrefactive, and contribute to lymphatic constipation that builds acidosis in the body and contributes to health decline.
Detoxification is the process of removing obstructions from the body the block the flow of energy and create a state of dis-ease. The goal is to eventually remove all cooked food, but if you want to detox in stages, then the body will detox at some level the minute you remove all animal food and processed foods from your diet. The goal is to put your focus on elimination because that’s what detoxification is about, adding on foods that detoxify the body will not have an effective solution for you, if they’re just sitting on top of very acid and mucus forming foods. You don’t want to spend too much of your time using the fruits to stir up and remove temporary waste, and toxin build up, you want to get deep into interstitial spaces and remove old stagnant lymph and not an add-on in the process.
Animal tissue and animal milks, are what contribute to systemic acidosis, so in my opinion regardless of the detoxification speed you want to go by, is that it’s mandatory to remove them during your transition phase immediately. Not only is it important for the sake of the animals that have a right to live and flourish on this beautiful earth we live on, but also these foods contribute to our own personal negative karma, and cause serious health conditions like shutting down the kidneys and bowels which are important eliminative organs to create effective detoxification of cleaning the body out.
Processed foods in the form of cooked oils, flour products, starches, are all foods that cause fermentation, leave behind sticky glue-like residues that clog and block the small intestine from absorption of nutrition. The carcinogens that are in these highly processed foods and acrylamides are very toxic and contribute to the decay of the cells in the body.
If you’re still in the transition phase, and you want to detox at a moderate pace, then focus on steamed vegetables, and foods like sweet potatoes, quinoa and some of the non grain like seeds, are a better alternative. The less starchy plant foods you choose to cook the better. The goal is to have fruit for breakfast everyday during your transition regardless of what stage your at. You want to remove all processed foods, animal products and adopt a plant-based diet that’s based around whole foods without any cook processed oils, salt and added sugar.
An example of a moderate detox would be fruit for breakfast particularly a mono fruit meal, salad with steamed veggies for lunch, and steamed veggies, with sweet potatoes or quinoa, with moderate amounts of mixed herbs for flavor, and avoid sauces and salts.
An intermediate level would be to have fruit for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and steamed starchless veggies with sweet potato or quinoa etc for dinner. And that would look like an 80% raw food diet.
An advanced detox regarding food consumption would be to have fruit all day and a salad for dinner, and the most advanced would be a 100% fruit diet and fasting When the sun goes down for best results to encourage kidney filtration and that would be a dry fast in the evening until the next day. And of course to bring in the herbal botanicals to also help to enhance and clean and regenerate damages in the body that also promote detoxification along with intermittent dry fasting and 100% fruit would be at the top.
The kidneys have been so badly damaged by these high protein and high starchy foods, and when you clog up the kidneys your clogging up the valve to your septic tank, and when the valve is jammed, and your also creating acid stagnation, and mucus congestion with the foods, the body can only reach a saturation level and that’s when blood, nerve, and lymph shut down, and your glands and organs stop functioning, the kidneys can only take so much abuse, and this is why it’s important to at least adopt a 100% plant based diet, eliminate proteins, and move towards a living foods diet that will promote regeneration of the kidneys, remove the calcification and plaque buildup on the kidneys so that you could start to eliminate years, and years of old stagnant lymphatic constipation, and this is when the body will start to rebuild and regenerate, but you must go through the process of shedding and breaking down and removing toxins and acids from interstitial spaces amongst over a hundred trillion cells, and the more you tax the body with food you’re not designed to eat, the more difficult this process will start to begin.
You don’t want to go too slow, because time is not on your hands especially when it comes to the foods that we choose to consume. You want to eat foods that leave the least amount of residues in the body which are always going to be your living foods such as your fruits, berries, melons and vegetables. If you were truly want to get well, you need to stop making excuses, and start putting in the hard work. Just like anything in life you must put in the hard work, and food can no longer be a toxic drug that it is, and we must get away from using it as an emotional crutch to suppress and numb ourselves. Toxic foods are killing more people than any other modality that is toxic to our bodies and minds and spirits.
Suppression and detoxification are two different things, detoxification is less not adding on more. Adding on supplements, adding on some fruits and vegetables, will not get you very far, it may help you to achieve a more desirable palette for nutritious foods, but if you truly want to start the detoxification process, you definitely must remove processed foods and animal products, because they are the worst for the human body, and they’re very highly addictive, and until you give them up, then you could exercise to find the self control, and gain the discipline, and eventually you will lose the craving for them.
Whatever level of detoxification you choose to start with, always make it a goal to move to the advanced, and if you give yourself three weeks to a month to transition from moderate to advanced, then you will notice your body becoming cleaner, you will experience the process of detoxification of eliminating metabolic waste, you will notice your kidneys filtering, and eventually with hard work, determination and putting in the time you will notice significant results. Put your foot in the plow and don’t look back, and you will exlerience positive outcomes.
