When you are in deep trouble with your health you want to be consistent with your diet. Don’t be discouraged with your healing, the body will heal as long as you create the right environment in the body for it to heal.
when you in healing mode you want to base your diet on fruit and you want to avoid acid and mucus-forming foods. You are trying to clean lymph and it’s the acids and mucus that back it up and this is why you want to be consistent when it comes to your diet and you want to stay away from the foods that create mucus stagnation in the body.
Dead animal tissue, their fluids (dairy) eggs, grains, beans, and high starchy foods you want to avoid if you are knocking on death’s door and if you are you want to focus on fruits, berries, and melons only!
Fruits and tender leafs and a diet that’s low fat and low protein should be your staple diet until you heal yourself and then I would put your focus on the living foods so you can maintain an alkaline and hydrated body and your wiggle room for balance is for you to determine as you listen to the single of your body and how it reacts to foods that are more on the acid side of chemistry.
If your consistent and you get your bowels cleaned up, your skin sweating, and your kidneys filtering the body that has been damaged can start to heal and repair itself. Don’t be hard on yourself ever and just find your focus as you grow spiritually and don’t dread the natural process of healing because there is nothing else out there for regeneration when it comes to diet and it’s detoxification that allows the body to heal itself not the suppression of symptoms and trying to manage symptoms in the human body.
Fruit and herbs is all we need for regeneration and I would consider taking breaks form eating every other month to do a juice cleanse for 10 days to help the bowels clean up the plaque build-up and so that the GI tract can heal more effectively if it’s in a state of the plaque build-up and so that the GI tract can heal more effectively if it’s in a state of damage If your dealing with bowel inflammation.

I only recommend water fast for 10-20 days only if you have maintained a consistent fruit base raw food diet for at least 6 months and you get your kidneys and adrenals working effectively first. 3-5 day water fast can be maintained without any complications for pretty much anyone but anything long term on water could throw a person into binge eating especially for a person that has not pulled out the fungus on parasites on the water fast and failing to break the fast properly and maintaining a fruit-based raw vegan diet for at least 30 days after the fast. Acid and mucus-forming foods should never be eaten after water fasting.
Don’t grow an obsession with diet and fasting and don’t deprive yourself when you transition to a fruitarian diet for healing. Eat like a primate and that means feasting on a variety of fruit and eating as much as you want and overtime as the body gets cleaned you will naturally eat less with time. Eat when your hungry and stop when your satisfied and get the diet right first before you adopt a fasting lifestyle and find your balance and don’t push your body to a limit it can’t handle.
Your victory is your consistency and a positive mind and a little passion for healing by nature will help you gain healing and will help you heal what has been suppressed from healing due to a lifestyle of consuming toxic foods and putting chemicals in the body which blocks the flow of energy for the body to keep itself clean because remember what you fail to eliminate you will only accumulate waste in the body and when acids in the body are not removed cells get damaged and dysfunction is the result of that.
