Remember the cleaner the body gets the less it needs for fuel. This means the more food you give your body as it gets clean the less good you will need and the more digestive issues you will most likely experience.
It took me a long time to break the calorie conditioning. Thinking in order to be healthy I must consume a lot of food thinking the quantity meant more nutrients for my cells and more vitality right? I mean we eat healthy Whole Foods and focus on the living foods, right? So doesn’t it make sense to eat as much as possible so we can achieve all the benefits of the wonderful nutrition the plant provides?
I found out this is not the case at all. If you truly eat healthily and clean out the mucus, sludge, slime, and dirty culture in the body and remove the acids that obstruct cells and tissue you will only improve absorption which means you will require less food for the benefits.
Intermittent fasting taught me over the past 5 years that true energy is when the body is at rest and only needs just the perfect amount of sugar and nutrition to thrive which becomes less over time. I wrestled with the concept that well as long as it’s the right food it doesn’t matter how much you eat because you will feel good as long as the food is raw and healthy right? Wrong!
When the body is dirty you will require more food to be satisfied especially if you’re full of worms and parasites, have malabsorption and hyperactive thyroid gland and in this situation don’t ever deprive yourself because if you do eat the fruit and focus on the living foods overtime naturally you will not be under the obsession and hunger spell of always being hungry and thinking about food. But you have to clean and eliminate the waste back up in the body to understand what I’m saying.
Yes it’s possible to eat little and also be full of garbage and when you eat little you feel like trash and when you eat a lot you feel the same way. I’m talking about eating little, fasting more, and feeling way better on less food as a result. You have to take out the trash first.
Now you feel bloated, gassy, and you feel stomach discomfort and pain but also you have done a lot of work with detox and you’re finding yourself dumbfounded you are starting to feel worse?? It’s most likely because you no longer need the 800 calorie meal 3 times a day and max thrive on only 800 calories eating one meal a day and fresh living juices before the meal.
I was starting to get frustrated with my digestion over time and I think a lot of people do when the body gets cleaner and think that they have some kind of “deficiency” when in all reality they are just overloading their body with too much food and the pancreas and gallbladder don’t want to be burdened when the body is happy on less but you keep giving it more.
Try it if you’re still eating 3 meals a day and you have been 100% raw or on a mucusless or mucus-lean diet. Cut your meals in half chew very good and keep your meals simple, Whole Foods and alkaline and mono meals if possible start intermittent fasting to allow the body to rest and eliminate more effectively and work up to a large juice a day and one meal a day and don’t eat your meal for calories but rather for satiation and watch your digestion drastically improve. No more burping, no more chronic gas, no more excessive bloating and seeing undigested food in your stools because your learning to give your body what it needs rather than force-feeding based on a model of calories the corrupt food industry created to make money off your food addictions.
Most thriving civilizations of people eating real food in nature ate half the amount of food westerners eat and many civilizations of people intermittent fasted and dry fast as a part of there daily lifestyle.
Well, Jon, this model of living is so inconvenient because I have friends and family, and eating a mango meal at dinner will only create a bunch of unwanted attention and I will have to explain and educate and it will just become a conflicting nightmare!! Ok well clean out your body on fruits, herbs, and fasting give yourself a season of healing and a time out from social gatherings, and then you may not need to be “restrictive” or a purest and can eat a raw salad maybe with some pumpkin or sweet potato when you’re with your people and you won’t highly congest your body when your only eating a small amount of food while you enjoy fresh raw juices in between.
Or you just learn to disassociate yourself find a like-minded partner and bless your journey with your beloved in a state of peace and harmony and manifest a community of like-minded people living off-grid on the tropics and creating a society of love and higher states of consciousness haha. My dream and passion and one day it will be activated and manifested!
You don’t have to give your energy to anyone. If your lonely it’s because your trying to feel a void because your locked in the mind of uncertainty, hey I get locked in the mental as well and need to stop thinking so much!
never compromise your morals and principles to anyone. This is your journey and the more you find truth and awareness and you act on that you will find peace. When you get clean you will thrive on less and fasting will bring more bliss and happiness in your life and also grounding in nature and being in nature more and getting in the fresh air and sunshine!
If you want to improve digestion simply eat less because it’s not the amount of food it’s how you digest, absorb, and unitize the chemistry and eliminate the remains. Trust me on this your issue is that you eat too much and it’s your emotional instability that temps you to eat for comfort but the more you eat and fail to eliminate you will become depressed, anxious, and in a brain fog. Learn to go hours without eating so you can appreciate the meal you eat and when you are in a state of gratitude and not stressed you will also digest the meal better and experience more quality of life as well.
Humans are extreme addicts of food addiction and I have become an advocate of fasting and eating less and in that transition, we can enter into higher states of consciousness because food numbs the mind and suppressed the fullness of awareness.
If your thinking of food all day you’re in the mind and forget that there are pleasures and happiness outside of eating. Don’t let your mind dictate your experience. When you think of eating less and focus on the spiritual food and the pleasures of being in nature you will realize that eating is not a priority to survive but rather thriving is a state of being and knowing you will find happiness and completeness.
Learn to go without so you can experience the true pleasure of eating when needed!
